I was pleased with the outcome of the last several versions. However, I was also having reservations about the fundamental design of the composition. In this version I introduce a new, more slanted, treatment of the basic shapes of the composition. The painted tones are nearly monochrome, but do vary--alternating (from top to bottom) from warm to cool tones. This is the first version wherein I added edge forms to the upper-most area. From this version forward, all the areas of the Saint Helices composition will have an edge factor.
